Supervisions For Registered Manager/Responsible Individual
​Elite Consultancy can offer to complete professional supervisions for the Responsible Individual or Homes Manager.
Good practice is to have a 1.5 hour supervision every 4-6 weeks. These would need to be more frequent if the RI or Homes Manager are new & still in the probationary period.
This can be done online or face to face.
The supervision would consist of 1.5 hours and a concise written report of the supervision would be completed.

Cost: £80 per Supervision if completed online.
Pricing would differ if required face to face supervision.

Reg 44 Independent Visitor
The Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015 requires that the registered provider shall appoint, at the registered provider’s expense, an independent person to visit and report on the children’s home in accordance with this regulation. This is to ensure objective critical analysis with a view to improve safeguarding and service delivery.
Elite Consultancy aim is to support you and your team, offering advice & awareness & most of all to ensure the best care for all our looked after young people.
Elite Consultancy focus on the quality of care, and the progress and experiences the children are having.
The inspection visit will look at how the home operates on a day to day basis as well as how needs are identified and met, all of which will be measured against the quality standards for children's homes and children’s home regulations. Any areas of development will be discussed with the manager & staff where appropriate to do so and reported together with recommendations for improvement. We are here to support your home and provide you with guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes for Young People.
A detailed report will be produced using Reg 44 inspection format.
All positive, concerns & matters raised by young people & staff will be included in the report where appropriate with recommendations and advice offered. We will take responsibility to circulate Regulation 44 reports to homes manager, responsible individual, and Ofsted.

Cost: £280 Plus Mileage
We know that at times, home's and young people can unfortantly reach to crisis point, and managers and the staff team need that extra support in providing guidance.
We can offer external support in many different ways, wheather that could be to oversee Behaviour support plans, supporting with reporting and recording or just providing that emotional support for the homes manager. Elite consultancy can support with this.

Crisis Support
Ad Hoc Full Home Auditing
Ad Hoc Full home auditing can be really positive for a home to be able to support the homes manager in ensuring the home is Ofsted ready and is reaching all the milestones a home should do.
It is always really beneficial to have an independent person come into your home to complete full audits to identify anything which the home is missing.
These can be arranged as little or as often the home feels is necessary.
